Big Lit Energy: The Read & Write Party
Dear Ones,
I am going to keep this short. This Saturday, July 23rd, Noveltease Theatre is hosting Big Lit Energy: The Read & Write Party, the first of our annual fundraisers to be held in person since 2019. I am so wagging excited for this event!

There are going to be red & white bites made by High Femme Foods, a selection of performances by Noveltease Core & Associate Company Members, and an anthology of activities that put the FUN in fundraiser.
What is a “Flapper Raffle” you might be asking? Well, you’ll have to join us on Saturday to find out!
When is a jello-shot a surprise? When every other one is infused with Heritage Distillery’s Sweet Ghost Pepper Vodka! (By the way… they are ALL red, so each one is a surprise!)
There is also our silent auction. A collection of packages themed around our various shows:
The Wind: This package includes a 3 night stay at the Blackcomb Suites in Whistler, a rustic self-care kit full of Indigenous made skin care items, and a cd of 3fiddlers 3traditions, whose music scored our adaptation of The Wind in Spring 2022.
Sherlock: This package is for the sleuth with style, with $100 certificate to Out of Print Clothing, a Litographs print Sherlock Holmes tote, a 3 month subscription to “Dear Holmes” a mystery by letter service, and tickets to Seattle Public Theatre upcoming season!
Rhythm & Rhyme: This package celebrate poetry, music, and burlesque. With $100 certificate to Immortal Perfumes, books of poetry by C.R. Grimmer, and Michael Hodges, a personalized ode written for your by Evan J. Peterson, and a new, leather bound journal to start your own book fo poetry! Not to mention a series dance class pass to Century Ballroom for 2, and a collection of signed glossies from some of R&R’s guest burlesque performers!
The Count of Monte Cristo: This package celebrate taste and art. Own Seattle like the Count owned Rome and Paris. With gift certificates to Pagliacci and Mioposto, a tasting for 6 a Guardian Cellars, and season tickets to The Seattle Repertory Theatre. Put on your best air of mystery, savor some delectables, and go to the theatre!
Adventure: Are you curious about the mysterious and nerdy world of TTRPGs? Well this is your chance to go on an Adventure with me, Fosse Jack. Let me guide you and 3 of your friends on a three-part adventure and introduction to Monte Cook Games’ The Cypher System. Discover a strange new experiences in the world of Numenera, or visit a city of intrigue in Ptolus.
